How it works
Every first-time Husk subscription comes with a 14-day, no-questions refund. If within 14 days of your first paid charge you decide Husk isn't for you, email hello@huskchat.comfrom the address on your account. We'll process the refund the same business day, usually within an hour.
What gets refunded
- The full amount of the most recent charge.
- Stripe processing fees (we eat them).
- Any unused time on annual plans, prorated, refunded.
What doesn't
- Charges older than 14 days on month-to-month plans (just cancel from the dashboard, you'll keep access through the end of the period).
- Subscriptions canceled before this policy was published do not retroactively qualify.
How long it takes to land
On our side: same business day. On Stripe's side: usually 2–5 business days back to your card. International cards sometimes take a touch longer.
What we won't do
We won't make you fill out a form, schedule a call, or explain yourself. Not buying it anymore is reason enough.
